THE PROCESS
Graphic designers are not defined by what we make, but rather by how we solve problems. A good graphic designer is curious, has a love of learning. We're interested in the bigger picture, in gaining insight and perspective through collaboration. We understand the importance of words and images.

With any project, my process involves sifting through the pile of raw elements and ideas to arrive at a thorough understanding of the objective, the audience and the client's vision. An understanding of psychology and marketing is helpful. Typography, imagery, color, composition, balance, readability and tone are all learned and practiced skills that aid in supporting the primary goal: to communicate the message effectively, within the budget, and on time.
